New ad highlights the evidence of how Heller earned his spineless reputation after caving to pressure and voting against Nevadans’ health care
Nevada Congresswoman Jacky Rosen’s campaign for U.S. Senate launched a new 30-second television ad this week emphasizing how Sen. Dean Heller lied to Nevadans and has voted to take health care away from hundreds of thousands of his constituents. “Clips” features Heller’s June 2017 press conference next to Gov. Brian Sandoval and his July 2017 White House meeting with President Donald Trump, showing how Heller caved to pressure from party leaders in Washington instead of protecting Nevadans’ health care.
“Dean Heller caved to pressure from his party leaders in Washington, supported the Republican health care plan, and sold out his constituents - and it’s all on tape,” said Rosen for Nevada campaign manager Danny Kazin. “Dean Heller can’t escape the evidence that he broke his promise to protect our health care and threw thousands of Nevadans under the bus because he’s more focused on partisan loyalty and his own self-interest than doing the job he was elected to do. Nevadans are ready to repeal and replace Dean Heller, and these clips show why he deserves to lose his seat.”
