Senator Jacky Rosen’s campaign has launched a new Spanish-language TV and digital ad, “Aprendizaje”, highlighting her record of working with Democrats and Republicans to support occupational programs like advanced skills training and apprenticeship programs to help hardworking Nevadans get ahead.
Rosen has consistently pushed for more investments in career and technical training programs and apprenticeships for Nevadans to gain the skills they need to secure good-paying jobs – even if they don’t go to college. She supports bipartisan efforts to increase investment in job training programs like the Jumpstart Our Business by Supporting Students Act. Rosen has also helped write and pass the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, which included more than $800 million for workforce development, and cosponsored the Relaunching America’s Workforce Act, which establishes grant programs to expand apprenticeship programs. Additionally, Rosen secured $800,000 in federal funding to support the Southern Nevada Workforce Connections’ Development Program.
The new ad is running on broadcast and digital in Las Vegas. It is part of the Rosen campaign’s ongoing outreach efforts to mobilize Nevada’s Latino community, which makes up nearly 20% of the electorate and will once again be decisive in the 2024 election.
